This summer we're offering 10, 20, or 30 hour core foundation modules, accredited through the Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education for Registered Yoga Teachers. Classes are open to teachers and dedicated students looking to deepen their personal practice.

How to elongate and track the spirals of long levers in the body.

How to listen and augment subtle rhythms and energy.

Alignment-Based Yoga Training
Yoga Sanctuary School currently offers trainings through one primary instructor. Jonina Turzi, Doctor of Physical Therapy, offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified “Alignment Yoga” Teacher Training. The training takes place over 10 weekends at West End Yoga Studio in Lancaster, PA.
The focus is on highly specific yoga techniques and skills that deepen one’s personal practice and prepare them to teach yoga to others. The alignment-based methodology provides anatomic and physiologic gateways for radical and optimal embodiment of the practitioner within their physical, mental, emotional, and subtle fields.
